Terms and Conditions
All children are welcome.
One child under 16 years is charged NZD 25 per night when using existing beds.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the rooms. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets are not allowed.
Groups – When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
We require 48 hours notice prior to the date of arrival for all individual reservations or a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation will be charged. Special Events – 7 days notice.
A cancellation “No Show” or amendment to a reservation (or existing stay) advised outside the above time frame, will result in a “Cancellation Fee” charged equivalent to one night’s accommodation.
We reserve the right to accept reservations subject to a minimum stay over peak periods.
A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted or the rate changed.
Any refund will only be made via the media used to make the reservation.
The whole of the interior of the Motor lodge, including guest rooms and apartments, is designated “Smoke Free”. If you smoke or burn incense in your room you will incur a charge for the appropriate loss of income, as well as the additional cleaning costs required to make this room available for re-use.
LATE CHECK-IN: WE ACCEPT LATE CHECK-IN $25 SURCHARGE WILL BE APPLIED AFTER 10:30PM
Guests must accept full responsibility for any charges incurred for this room during their stay. Guests are liable for payment of any damage to the room or property both maliciously or accidentally.
